Level Switches

Our conductivity based level switches and sensors sense the level of water or other conductive liquids that have free ions. These conductivity level switches offer a wide range of customization options to meet any application’s needs. They are designed to control the level of all conductive service mediums, offering up to 4 different points of level monitoring and control.

Float guided level switch is a most reliable instrument to sense the liquid level in the industry. It can be used with PLC, DCS, SCADA.

Top mounted level switches work on permanent magnet reed switch basis.The float has a magnetic mechanism within it and moves freely along the guide tube, which contains glass encapsulated hermetically sealed reed switches, located at preset positions. Mounted vertically, these float follows liquid level and magnetically actuates reed swith at preset positions to give a change over contact. Single / multiple switching is effected through single or multiple floats as required by application.

Level cum Temperature switch is capable of measuring both, level as well as temperature of a liquid in a tank. It is a combination of an Float guided level switch(FGS) and RTD. FGS is capable of performing switching action which can be extended up to 3 meters. Whereas, the temperature sensor is an RTD whose temperature range is  up to 150 C.

The Series RPS201 Rotating paddle level switch is manufactured to detect high / low levels of free-flowing dry solid material, such as fine coarse, powders and granules. It is mounted through the wall of a vessel such that the paddle remains above the surface inside the vessel.

A small electric motor drives a paddle that rotates freely in the absence of material, but is impeded when material is present. When the rotating paddle is obstructed due to the texture of powder material, a micro-switch output activates to signal an alarm.

It detects the point level switch measurement reliably. LSVR level switch is used as protection device of Hi and Low level switching in solid applications. This vibrating rod level switch avoids blocking of bulk solid material and this rod is easy to clean.
